..........except Subaru can't sleep. He starts having images in his brain of all the people he's met so far, and finally decides to go to school. Several days later, he heads out on his first day back to school. He chats up Luna on the way in, then greets Ikuta-sensei on the way in. We see a slice of life in Ikuta's class, where he prefers talking about different subjects to cracking open textbooks, as he feels there's no purpose in raising students that only know how to study. Heading home from school is uneventful, but we get a little preview of what's to come when we see that at the same time, the principal is lecturing Ikuta-sensei - it seems that Ikuta's decision not to follow the curriculum is endangering the school's chances of being recognized, and the principal is not too happy with that. The principal also wants to use "gakushuu denpa", which are basically radio waves that would reinforce studying, to which Ikuta also objects. Basically, the upshot of this is that Ikuta is told to either abandon his ideals and stick with the curriculum or be fired. This isn't terribly good either way - on the one hand, Ikuta doesn't want to sacrifice his morals and fail his students, but on the other hand, he has SEVEN children to provide for (how he manages to do that on a teacher's salary to begin with I'll never know...) and of course, when at such an utter loss, what should appear before Ikuta but an FM alien - the scales, Libra. You guys can guess what goes down from here. The next day starts off seemingly normal, but when Subaru arrives in class, Ikuta is clearly not his normal self, snapping at the students and pushing studying, even activating the gakushuu denpa, which slowly overrides the children's conscious wills. The protests that come up cause Ikuta to lose it and transform into Libra Balance, who then ups the waves and leaves the classroom. Subaru is also caught in the gakushuu denpa, so Rock warns him to brace himself before knocking him in the face out of his seat. The impact wakes Subaru up, and they need to figure out what to do. Also, for some mysterious reason, Tsukasa seems unaffected by the gakushuu denpa. Scary. Anyway, head to the control room to confront Libra Balance, who decides to head into the network to control things directly. You'll have to Wave In after him, but there's no Wave Hole here - back to the classroom! However, on the way you'll be assaulted by the giant Jamminga again, and Subaru will give up seeing as he knows he can't even harm this foe. Everything goes white, and Subaru wonders if he's died. However, an AM (the one for your version, I assume) appears before him and points out that there is someone who believes in him, no matter what, and the scene shifts to Luna, who believes "Rockman-sama" will come to the rescue. Subaru ultimately decides he wants to live up to that and protect her, and (insert AM for your game here) declares that you at last have something to protect, and the power is yours - Rockman transforms into his version specific Star Force at last, and is ready to do battle properly with the Jamminga!! You're thrown into battle in your Star Force form, and taught the basics of it - counter to gain access to your Big Bang, a Giga-class Card that does incredible damage, and learn your new Charge Shot. You can damage the Jamminga now, so just have fun. A scene will ensue with Subaru thanking Luna and promising to protect her.>p> Once you regain control, head to the control room and wave into the Network. It's another dungeon of course, and the gimmick here is that you must destroy several talking head type Programs strewn throughout the area to open the door to progress. However, each of these spits out problems which you have a time limit to solve - failure to do so takes off 10 HP. Unfortunately, those sick programmers gave barely any time for the problems with more words, and I just don't have the time to read and translate them all, so until I can figure out a way to get screencaps of these, you're on your own - though I doubt you guys'd have time to react that fast to characters you can't read anyway. The math problems give you a bit more time, and should not be hard at all, so that's a relief at least. At any rate, once you reach a statue, it blows up on it's own. Clear each of the statues and progress - there are three in the first two areas, and four in the last one. Finally, you'll reach Libra Balance. More dialogue ensues about how Ikuta is threatened with being fired and is doing this to protect his children. Subaru realizes that the same desire motivates both of them, but he can't give up on Luna and the others, so it's time to fight.

Another scene ensues where Subaru cuts the waves off, and Libra Balance attempts to fight again, but has no power left. He's in despair, but then the kids show up in the control room looking for Ikuta, and their dialogue indicates they still believe in Ikuta. This inspires Libra Balance to provide for his children without compromising his ideals as a teacher. Long story short, Ikuta confesses to the incident, gets fired, but the kids intimidate the principal into bringing Ikuta back, so everything's back to normal and everyone's happy. End chapter.
